Dietician Corner

Serves - 1 person
Ingredients -
For the salad-
  • Apple cubes- 1 no
  • Finely chopped celery- 1 TB
  • Lettuce leaves, torn into pieces- 1 cup
  • Wheat flakes- ½ cup
To be mixed into a dressing-
  • Vanilla yogurt- 2 cups
  • Finely chopped mint- 2 tsp
  • Salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
Method -
  • Combine all the ingredients for the salad, except the wheat flakes and mix well.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours.
  • Add the wheat flakes and the dressing to the salad just before serving. Toss the salad and serve immediately.
