Ingredients -
  • Wheat flakes/ muesli- 2 TB
  • Oats- 3 TB
  • Milk- 1 mug (300 ml)
  • Pineapple slices- 2
  • Pomegranate- ½ no
  • Fresh dates- 2
  • Almonds and walnuts- 3 to 4
Method -
  • Cooked oats in a milk.
  • Arrange a single layer of wheat flakes/ museli in a serving bowl.
  • Now put pineapple slices on this.
  • Pour oatmeal on it.
  • Put a single layer pomegranate on it.
  • Again pour oatmeal on it.
  • Sprinkle crushed fresh dates, almonds and walnuts.
  • Served chilled.
