Serves - 1 person
Ingredients -
For Thalipith -
  • Bajra flour- 2 tsp
  • Jowar flour- 2 tsp
  • Whole wheat flour- 2 tsp
  • Besan – 2 tsp
  • Oil- 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
For Topping -
  • Chopped onion- ½ no
  • Chopped tomato- ½ no
  • Tomato ketchup- 2 TB
  • Chopped green capsicum- ½ no
  • Red chili powder- 1 tsp
  • Chili flakes
  • Salt- to taste
  • Grated cheese- 2 TB
Method -
For Thalipith -
  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and add enough water to make soft, loose dough.
  • Heat a non-stick pan and grease it lightly with oil.
  • Spread a layer of the dough to form a pancake.
  • Cook on both sides till golden brown, using a little oil.
For Topping -
  • Spread tomato ketchup on thalipith.
  • Mix red chili powder and salt with chopped vegetables. Spread vegetables on it. Served with grated cheese. Bake for 5 minutes in oven.
