Dietician Corner

Serves - 1 person
Ingredients -
  • Wheat flour - 2 TB
  • Spinach - 6 to 8 leaves
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Paneer - 4 small cubes
  • Onion - ¼ no
  • Capsicum - ¼ no
  • Carrot - ¼ no
  • Green chili - 1
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - ¼ tsp
Method -
  • Wash spinach and blend it. Knead dough using flour, spinach puree, oil, chili paste, salt and water.
  • Greate paneer. Add grated onion, capsicum and carrot, green chili, ginger garlic paste and grated paneer. Mix well.
  • Make a small round ball, flatten.
  • Put a portion of paneer mixture in the centre, fold the dough over to cover and reshape into a ball and roll out thinly.
  • Roast paratha on tawa.
