Soya chunks - ½ cup

Beetroot - ¼ no

Carrot - ¼ no

Onion - ¼ no

French beans - 3 to4

Bessan- 2 tsp

Oats- 1 TB

Ginger garlic paste- 1 TB

Green chili- 1

Oil- 1 tsp
Method -

Great beetroot and carrot. Finely chop onion and French beans.

Take oil in pan add beetroot, carrot, finely chopped onion, French beans, ginger and garlic paste, green chili, salt. Sauté the vegetables and half cook them.

Add soya chunks in boiling water keep it for 5 minutes. Remove the water from the granules. Chopped granules into small pieces.

Mix all the ingredients, mix bessan flour and oats.

Make flat cutlets. Baked in an oven.
