Ingredients -
  • Soya chunks - ½ cup
  • Beetroot - ¼ no
  • Carrot - ¼ no
  • Onion - ¼ no
  • French beans - 3 to4
  • Bessan- 2 tsp
  • Oats- 1 TB
  • Ginger garlic paste- 1 TB
  • Green chili- 1
  • Oil- 1 tsp
Method -
  • Great beetroot and carrot. Finely chop onion and French beans.
  • Take oil in pan add beetroot, carrot, finely chopped onion, French beans, ginger and garlic paste, green chili, salt. Sauté the vegetables and half cook them.
  • Add soya chunks in boiling water keep it for 5 minutes. Remove the water from the granules. Chopped granules into small pieces.
  • Mix all the ingredients, mix bessan flour and oats.
  • Make flat cutlets. Baked in an oven.
