Dietician Corner

Serves - 1 person
Ingredients -
  • Boneless chicken- 50 g
  • Paneer- 2 to 3 small pieces
  • Multigrain/ whole wheat bread slices- 2
  • Green chili- 1
  • Coriander leaves- few
  • Salt- to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Method -
  • Boil the chicken with ginger, garlic paste and salt till soft. Let it cool down and shred it.
  • Grate the paneer.
  • Cut green chili and coriander leaves very finely.
  • In shredded chicken add green chili, coriander, paneer and mix well.
  • Add the stuffing on 1 slice and put another slice on it. Grill it.
