Serves - 1 person
Ingredients -
For mayonnaise-
  • Curd- 1 small cup
  • Mustard powder- 1 pinch
  • Sugar- 1 pinch
  • Salt, pepper powder- 1 pinch
For salad-
  • French beans- 5 to 6
  • Carrot- ½ no
  • Green peas- 5 to 6
  • Pineapple- 3 to 4 slices
  • Apple- ½ no
  • Boiled beetroot- ¼ no
  • Lettuce leaves (optional)- 2
Method -
  • Beat curd; add salt, pepper, mustard powder and sugar. Keep aside.
  • Chop vegetables and steam. Chop the pineapple and apple.
  • Mix the fruits and vegetables; add salt, pepper and sugar.
  • Mix whipped curd thoroughly with the vegetables.
  • Place the salad on a bed of lettuce leaves.
  • Decorate with slices of beetroot.
  • Serve cold.
