Serves - 1 person
Ingredients -
  • Ragi flour- 1 TB
  • Bessan flour- 1 tsp
  • Sesame seeds- 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped onion- ½ no
  • Green chili- 1
  • Ginger- small piece
  • Coriander- few leaves
  • Oil- 1 tsp
Method -
  • In a bowl combine the ragi flour, bessan, sesame seeds, onions, green chili, grated ginger, chopped coriander leaves and salt. Mix with little water to make a smooth paste.
  • Heat a non-stick pan and grease with little oil.
  • Spread an even layer of paste on pan.
  • Cook both sides till golden brown.
