Ingredients -
  • Uncut whole wheat bread loaf - 1 no
  • Ghee – 2 tsp
  • Carrot – ½ no
  • Beetroot – ½ no
  • Cucumber – ½ no
  • Coriander mint chutney – 2 TB
  • Grated paneer – 2 TB
Method -
  • Cut the bread horizontally into thin long slices.
  • Make it slightly wet with the cloth and press with the roller.
  • Apply ghee on one slice. Then apply green chutney.
  • Place the fillings of vegetables on it.
  • Place grated paneer on the vegetables.
  • Roll the slice with the help of wet cloth into final roll.
  • Keep it in the fridge for some time and then cut into slices. Each slice will have all different fillings.
