Dietician Corner

Serves - 1 person
Ingredients -
  • Ragi flour - 2 TB
  • Milk - 1 ½ cup (300 ml)
  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Carrot - ½ no
  • Fresh Dates - 3 no
  • Almonds and walnuts - 4 to 5 no
  • Jaggery - 1 tsp
Method -
  • Take a pan. Add 1 tsp ghee. Roast ragi flour on ghee for 2 minutes.
  • Add grated carrot in pan. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add milk. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • After cooling, add jaggery, fresh dates and almond walnut powder.
