Ingredients -
  • Sprouts - 1 small cup
  • Spinach - 8 to 10 leaves
  • Orange - ½ no
  • Apple - ½ no
  • Pomegranate - 2 TB
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1 pinch
  • Pepper powder
  • Salt - to taste
Method -
  • Steam the sprouts. Chop orange segments and apple into small pieces.
  • Make a spinach puree. Add spinach puree, curd, sugar, salt, pepper powder.
  • Mix sprouts, apple, orange, pomegranate with whipped curd.
  • Serve chilled.
