Dietician Corner

Serves - 1 person
Ingredients -
  • Milk - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • Crushed almonds - 4 to 5
  • Fennel seeds (saunf) - 1 TB
  • Khus khus - 2 tsp
  • Cardamom powder - 1 pinch
  • Sugar - 2 tsp
Method -
  • Bring the milk to boil and cook completely.
  • In a liquidizer add milk, almonds and remaining ingredients.
  • Serve chilled.
