Serves - 1 person
Ingredients -
  • Lettuce - 2 leaves
  • Cabbage - 2 leaves
  • Cucumber - 1 no
  • Capsicum (red,yellow) - ½ each
  • Spring onion (chopped) - 2
  • Carrot - 1 medium
  • Apple - ½
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Curd - 2 TB
  • Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Roasted till seeds - 1 tsp
Method -
  • Wash, drain and dry all leaves. Tear the small cabbage and lettuce into small pieces and put them in a bowl.
  • Cut the cucumber, capsicum into slices. Grate carrot and chopped spring onion.
  • Take curd, add pepper powder, salt, roasted till seeds, and crushed garlic. Mix well.
  • Arrange the vegetables and chopped apple on top of shredded cabbage.
  • Pour the dressing over and toss slightly. (Add dressing just before serving.)
  • Serve chilled.
