EGG OMLETTE TOP WITH VEGETABLES

For The toppings -

Finely chopped onion- ¼ no

Green capsicum chopped- ¼ no

Chopped mushrooms- ¼ no

Finely chopped tomato- ¼ no

Finely chopped green chili- 1

Method -
For the toppings -

In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onions, capsicums, mushrooms, and green chili for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes and cook again. Keep aside.
How to proceed -

Beat the whole egg and egg white for 2 to 3 minutes or until the mixture is thick and frothy.

Heat the oil in a pan. Add the beaten egg and cook for a few minutes. Then add the cooked vegetables in the centre of the omelette. Fold the omelette into half.

Serve hot with whole wheat bread.
