Ingredients -
For phulka -
  • Wheat flour - 2 TB
  • Salt - to taste
For stuffing -
  • Egg - 1
  • Chopped onion - ¼ no
  • Chopped capsicum - ¼ no
  • Garlic cloves - 2
  • Grated paneer - 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder
  • Green chili - 1
Method -
  • Make a phulka a keep aside.
  • Beat whole egg in a bowl. Add all the ingredients expect grated paneer.
  • Make an omlette on pan. Spread grated paneer on omlette. Cook for 1 minute.
  • Wrap egg omlette in phulka.
