Dietician Corner

Serves - 1 person
Ingredients -
  • Uncooked daliya - 1 small cup
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Spring onion - ½ cup
  • Dressing
  • Fresh orange juice - 3 TB
  • Lemon juice - 1 TB
  • Salt - to taste
Method -
  • Steam daliya and wash with cold water.
  • Add chopped spring onion to the daliya.
  • Mix all ingredients for dressing and add to the daliya.
  • Chill and serve.
