Ingredients -
  • Rice - 3/4 cup
  • Oil - 1tsp
  • Corn - ½ cup
  • Onion - ½ no
  • Carrot - ½ no
  • Green Capsicum - ¼ no
  • Green chili - 2
  • Mintleves - ¼ bunch
  • Cloves - 2
  • Cinnamon - 1
  • Bay leaf - 1
  • Pepper Powder - 1 pinch
  • Salt - to taste
Method -
  • Cook rice in pressure cooker.
  • Boilcorn, carrot.
  • Take a pan. Add oil. Add all masala ingredients. Saute for 5 minutes.
  • Add chopped onion, green chili paste. Saute for 5 minutes.
  • Add remaining vegetables. Add salt and pepper powder.
  • Add cooked rice. Mix properly. Serve hot.
