Serves - 1 person
Ingredients -
  • Corn - ½ cup
  • Capsicum - ½ no
  • Potato - ½ no
  • Carrot - ½ no
  • Paneer - 2 tsp
  • Rice Flour - 2TB
  • Salt - to taste
  • Jeera Powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala - 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder - ½ tsp
Method -
  • Boil the corn and grind. Do not grind it to smooth paste.
  • Finely chopped capsicum. Boil and mash the potato. Grate paneer and carrot.
  • Mix all these together and add the rice flour.
  • Add jeera powder, chili powder, garam masala and salt.
  • Shape the mixture into small kababas.
  • Grease the baking tray. Baked in oven for l 0 minutes.
