Serves - 1 person
Ingredients -
For white sauce-
  • Wheat flour- 2 tsp
  • Ghee- 1 tsp
  • Milk- 1 cup (200 ml)
  • Salt- pinch
For vegetable-
  • Macroni- ¼ cup
  • Carrot- ½ no
  • French beans- 5-6 no
  • Cauliflower- ¼ no
  • Peas- ¼ cup
  • Corn- ¼ cup
  • Salt- to taste
  • Pepper powder
Method -
  • Steam all the vegetables and keep aside. Boil macroni in water.
  • Take a pan. Melt ghee, add wheat flour. Roast it for 5 min. then add milk; boil it till achieve desired consistency. Add salt. White sauce is ready.
  • Add all steamed vegetables and macroni with white sauce. Add salt and pepper powder.
  • Keep this all in baked trey or glass bowl. Keep it in microwave oven or in over for 5 minutes.
